Cambridge Nanotherm, producer of innovative nanoceramic thermal management technology for LEDs and electronics, today announces it will have a stand at this year’s productronica fair in Munich from 14–17th November. Cambridge Nanotherm will be exhibiting its thermal management PCB and substrate products. Sales and marketing director Mike Edwards will be on the stand, alongside Cambridge Nanotherm’s distribution partner Inabata, and will be available by appointment to discuss the companies’ strategy and activities over the coming year.
Cambridge Nanotherm’s thermal management technology is used in LED applications where there is a significant thermal challenge to overcome, such as high-density Chip on Board (COB), Chip Scale Packaging (CSP), UV LEDs and level 1 LED packaging applications. Cambridge Nanotherm will be exhibiting three principle products; Nanotherm LC (its ‘laminated copper’ PCB solution for CSP and COB applications); Nanotherm DMS (its ‘direct metallised, single-sided’ solution for UV LEDs); and Nanotherm DMD (its ‘direct metallised, double-sided’ solution for LED submounts).
Mike Edwards will be available by appointment to discuss Cambridge Nanotherm’s recently-announced partnership with Inabata, and the two companies’ distribution strategy at both the local and international level. Mike will also be able to give interviewers an exclusive insight into Cambridge Nanotherm’s commercial activities and new product lines, as well as to discuss the current state of the market.
“Productronica will give our customers and prospects an opportunity to see how far Nanotherm has evolved recently, and the comprehensive array of products and services on offer to them,” commented John Cafferkey, marketing manager, Cambridge Nanotherm. “In the past year alone we’ve launched new product offerings, added various upgrades to our principle production plant, and now present a broader, comprehensive commercial capability, including everything from fast turnaround prototyping, high-definition thin-film circuitisation, speciality manufacturing, through to high-volume mass production.
“The problem of LED thermal management is only ever growing more pressing for the major LED manufacturers, and as a result there’s a great deal of excitement and momentum building around our solution. Productronica gives us an opportunity to speak to a broader selection of stakeholders within each business, and ensure that everyone knows exactly what we can do to improve their LED end products.”
Cambridge Nanotherm will be exhibiting at hall B3, booth 176. To speak to the company ahead of Productronica, or to arrange a meeting at the show, feel free to use the contact details below.
